Suede + White Leather

I absolutely love mixing fabrics and textures while keeping the color palate neutral. A combo like this never bores me because the look is clean, but still interesting. Now, the break down:
These suede shorts have carried me through collage, nights out with the girls… I think I even wore them the first time we had dinner out with Clayton's mother. (a chilly fall night in Auburn, AL to a restaurant called Hamilton's where we had the best creme brulee' ...which triggered the pain of wearing high-wasted, tight-tummied shorts to a large dinner). My point is, a good pair of shorts will stay with you for years to come- and when WhoWhatWare claims that suede is the spring trend, you'll pull them back out of your closet once more.
The Ivory Leather Moto has also been a friend of mine for a while. It simply wears well-- and completes any base layer.
The Hat. This is J.Crew's Panama hat-- a style that isn't necessarily new, but it sure is here to stay. I did a photo shoot two seasons ago where I also helped with styling. Sure enough, it was the same hat that completed the look. I guess the classic Panama Fedora is always a great choice.
P.S. Finally painted my nails- Essie's Blanc, a favorite spring color.
