For The Love of Capes

Yes, Bri and I love capes. [Insert deserted island scenario here] If you take away all outerwear pieces, leaving me with a cape for the rest of my days, I'll happily survive. In fact, this cape has been dubbed a spring security blanket. Always there to comfort when the temperature sporadically drops-- flawlessly carrying me through the changing seasons.
Today I've paired it with a lace top, waxed canvas pants and a favorite open-toed heel. (and had to add in the wool fedora one last time for good measure). You'll find numerous capes (this one is only $45), tops and pants similar to these linked below. Most ON SALE, might I add.
I hope you have a weekend filled with great company and great food. I'll be in this here cape... ringing in year 26! Catch you on the flip side.
