Euro-Inspired Headscarf

Euro-Inspired Headscarf

Date: June 4, 2015 | Location: California

Lately, life has shown me that the best things are often accidental, unintentional and completely unplanned. Though usually highly organized and intentional in my endeavors, I'll admit it; some of my greatest successes have been stumbled upon. 'Mishaps' that later open doors in which I could've never imagined.

Case in point, the headscarf. (Ha! Fashion life-lessons in the rarest form!) I am certainly not declaring this to be the muse of a worthy philosophy, and perhaps it's not even a good mishap. But, what I do know, is that it's been extremely windy around here and when my hats were unruly, I tried the red headscarf-- first as a neck scarf in order to complete the outfit. As the wind picked up, I put it over my head, suddenly feeling posh and ready to travel to Europe. (ahh, wanderlust...) Paired with a favorite statement skirt and chambray top-- I was in love.

For all the details and a link to our favorite headscarfs, keep scrolling! Though this Anthropologie skirt was last season, I have linked many similar fits/looks below.

Sincerely,

Anna Claire
