As I reminisce on this past year, I cannot help but feel an overwhelming feeling of thankfulness. Was every day as picture perfect as this one (shown above) that we spent at an apple orchard in Vermont? No, far from it. My life is messy, busy and definitely not perfect. Despite its imperfections, I wouldn't have it any other way. I am blessed to "do" life with many wonderful, loving family members and friends that make every day special, even if it consists of long hours at work and coming home to work on one of many home renovations. Yes - I love fashion, interior design and travel, but what makes my life full is the people I spend it with.
The biggest blessing of this past year is our baby girl on the way (just TEN & 1/2 weeks to go!). A close second is my husband, Bobby, who has been the most supportive, selfless person I could ever hope to have by my side through the unexpected trials of pregnancy. His patience truly amazes me. Through all of life's ups and downs, I know that things will always be okay. I have a heavenly Father that is leading me through it all and helps me when times get tough. I pray that everyone reading this knows of His endless love for us. Wishing a happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. --Philippians 4:6
