Clean Skin Care: True Botanicals

Clean Skin Care: True Botanicals

A few years back, I read an article stating that women put an average of 168 chemicals on their skin each day. This got my attention. Certain chemicals found in skin care products have the ability to alter our hormones and cause a large number of health problems. I have always done my best to make sure I eat high quality foods, free of added hormones and chemicals, but my skin care regimen never received the same scrutiny.

I knew I needed to make some changes in my daily skin care routine, but I didn't want to give up product effectiveness either. I have been trying different natural skin care products for the past few years and recently stumbled upon True Botanicals. True Botanicals is a line of luxury skin care products that are also certified MADE SAFE™MADE SAFE is America’s first nontoxic seal used to confirm that products we use on a regular basis are made with safe ingredients not known or suspected to harm human health. I've been using True Botanical's CLEAR regimen for about three weeks now. My regimen consists of three products: their hydrating cleanser, nutrient toner and pure radiance oil.

My skin has become clearer and more hydrated in the past few weeks and I'm hopeful for more improvements with future use. True Botanicals has a line for nearly every skin care concern, plus you can't deny the aesthetically pleasing appeal of their product design.  If you are considering cleaning up your skin care regimen, or if you're just looking for products that actually deliver results, I would consider giving True Botanicals a try. I will keep you updated with my skin's progress over the next few months.
